Gate with a code → main door with a code → your room with a code. The 15:00 to 21:00 window exists so we can assist you if anything comes up. If anything fails, write on WhatsApp.

How do I get in if there is no front desk?
With a code: gate, main door and your room. It reaches you on WhatsApp before your arrival.
How do I pay? Is transferring safe?
By bank transfer. A real person validates your receipt and confirms the reservation; there is no automatic process.
When do I receive my code?
We share it on WhatsApp once your reservation is confirmed.
Is breakfast included?
There is no breakfast. There is a shared kitchenette with microwave, plates and cutlery, and a water dispenser.
